Bows!

This weekend I did a quick little shoot with David MacKenzie, model Jenna MacLean (I Model Management), Amilee Walker, and hairstylist Celleste Cam Duong. Jenna was absolutely adorable! First part of the shoot was in studio and then moved to Cats Eye Vintage. I'm super excited to see the hair bow shots. Gorgeous lighting and beautiful profile! Here are some sneak peek shots!

bon bon bon BONJAY!

Here is my quick glimpse into the awesomeness that is Bonjay. With Alanna on the mic and Phot on the beats, the music ends up being a mix of soul, dancehall, indie and electronic. I got the pleasure of meeting and doing a photo shoot a couple of months ago with these two. Easy going, fun and amazing! I'm sorry to say that I missed their show when they were in town, but I certainly won't be missing the next. Have a listen to Bonjay music, you'll be hooked!

My wonderful and gorgeous friend, model and blogger extraordinaire Ania B. is featured in the March issue of Flare magazine. It's out right now, so check it out!

To round up the usual suspects... Wilkosz+Way took the photos, and I did the hair and makeup. The photos were taken in Art Central and around downtown, Ania is amazing, she makes even a frozen grey train platform look amazing.

With this make up gig I have going on, as often as I can, I try to expand my experiences. Brides, theatre, zombies, I'm up for anything. Video is something that I haven't had a chance to do a whole lot of. It was a really great experience to get together with Tyler Stalman, Ania B., Jennie Lyle (styling) and shoot a little video. Loved it so much that I can't seem to stop myself from posting all these photos!
